RP Alba Ltd is committed to operating responsibly, ethically and in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. This statement outlines our approach to supplier assurance, ethical standards and responsible business practices in a manner proportionate to the size and nature of our organisation.
Ethical business conduct
RP Alba Ltd conducts its business with integrity and professionalism. Ethical considerations form part of decision-making and business relationships, and we seek to operate in a manner that supports fair dealing, transparency and accountability.
Suppliers and assurance
RP Alba Ltd works with a limited number of suppliers and service providers appropriate to a small specialist consultancy. Supplier selection considers competence, reliability, suitability for purpose and ethical standards.
RP Alba Ltd is not currently certified under a Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) framework; however, proportionate consideration is given to health and safety, competence and compliance when engaging suppliers and partners.
Business affiliations and commitments
RP Alba Ltd is a member of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) and is a signatory to the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) Supply Chain Charter.
These affiliations reflect a commitment to responsible business practices, ethical conduct and continual improvement within the UK supply chain.
Counterfeit, fraudulent and suspect items
RP Alba Ltd recognises the importance of preventing the use or supply of counterfeit, fraudulent or suspect items. While the nature of our services means such risks are inherently low, we seek to mitigate them through the use of reputable suppliers, professional judgement and appropriate checks where relevant.
Any concerns relating to suspect or non-conforming items are addressed promptly and appropriately.
Non-conformance and corrective action
RP Alba Ltd maintains arrangements to identify, address and learn from non-conformances or issues arising during the delivery of services. Where appropriate, corrective actions are identified and implemented to support continual improvement.
Employment practices and fair pay
RP Alba Ltd complies with applicable UK employment and tax legislation, including obligations under the Income Tax (Earnings and Pensions) Act 2003 (ITEPA).
RP Alba Ltd is not formally accredited as a Living Wage Employer; however, the principles of fair pay and responsible employment practices are recognised and supported.

RP Alba Ltd maintains appropriate insurance cover commensurate with the nature of its activities. This includes:
