RP Alba Ltd is committed to operating ethically and responsibly and to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in its business activities and supply chains. This statement outlines our approach to ethical standards and labour practices in line with applicable UK legislation and recognised good practice.
Legal context
RP Alba Ltd acknowledges the requirements and intent of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. While the company is not currently required to publish a statutory modern slavery statement due to its size and turnover, we recognise the importance of addressing modern slavery risks in a proportionate and transparent manner.
Our approach
As a small, specialist consultancy, RP Alba Ltd operates with a simple supply chain. Nevertheless, we seek to ensure that our business activities are conducted ethically and responsibly and that modern slavery risks are minimised.
Our approach includes:

• Using reputable suppliers and professional service providers
• Raising awareness of ethical and labour standards within our business activities
• Taking a proportionate, risk-based approach to supplier selection
Ethical standards and ETI alignment
RP Alba Ltd seeks to align its ethical standards with the principles of the Ethical Trade Initiative (ETI) Base Code. This includes respect for workers’ rights, fair treatment, safe working conditions and the prohibition of forced or child labour.
RP Alba Ltd is not currently a member of the Ethical Trade Initiative; however, the principles of the ETI Base Code are used as a reference point when considering ethical labour practices and supplier expectations.
Suppliers and partners
RP Alba Ltd expects suppliers and partners to operate in a manner consistent with applicable laws and ethical standards. Where appropriate, ethical considerations form part of supplier selection and engagement.
